It seems vitamin K cream can help with discolouration

After a year of pumping I have gotten a pretty bad discolouration. My cock have been straight out purple sometimes. Since I have pale skin an very active sexlife this have been a litle problem for me.

I love PE and between doing fire rolls and now this Vitamin K cream it seems like I have been able to reverse it a litle bit, while still maintaining my routine. Its not a fix, but after a month my dick looks visibly better. I would say about 10-15% better. It looks calmer, more even in colour, less bruising, and a tad lighter

Equipment sellers are OUT of their minds.

Been looking for a simple cup and sleeve for the extender that I ordered and found my way to totalman. Their prices are insane it's comical. $40 for THREE silicone sleeves that were probably manufactured for $0.40 in total. Cups were something similar as well.

Can anyone recommend good enough cups + sleeves to use with the hog extender at reasonable prices?

Increasing battery on the smart LCD pump ?

anyone with this pump (luluv and totalman and a bunch of sites have the same) know a way to increase battery life? only gets about 2 sessions before needing to be recharged. might prefer a tweak that allows it to run while plugged in

Could borderline thyroid issues (TSH ~5.5) affect PE progress or cause a plateau?

Hey everyone,

I’m a 40-year-old male trying to figure out whether hormones—specifically thyroid function—could be affecting my progress in PE.

Some background:

I’ve had many years of high stress/anxiety.

In the last 1–2 years, I feel more fatigued/exhausted rather than “stressed.”

My libido has gone down compared to before.

My TSH recently came back around 5.5, whereas in past years it was usually between ~2–4.

Doctors have mentioned this could be borderline/subclinical and didn’t recommend treatment.

PE context:

I’ve trained consistently for two years or more.

I did see gains earlier (~1.5 cm BPEL length and ~1 cm EG).

But I’ve been in a long plateau, despite trying different methods (traction, pumping, clamping, etc.).

My BPFSL was 21.7 cm last time checked; BPEL is still ~18.8 cm. Tried intensive girth-only (every day pumping and clamping) routines for 80 days to "fill the space" with no success either for length or girth.

My questions:

Could something like borderline hypothyroidism realistically reduce tissue remodeling response (collagen, recovery, etc.) and contribute to a plateau in PE?

Could it affect erection quality / CC filling enough to limit conversion from stretch gains (BPFSL) to erect length (BPEL)?

Has anyone here seen noticeable improvement in PE progress after fixing thyroid or hormonal imbalances?

Or is this likely unrelated, and I’m just dealing with a typical mechanical plateau?

Not looking for medical advice—just trying to understand if this is even a meaningful factor or not.

Appreciate any input, especially from people with similar experiences.

I’ve currently taken some time off (decon) in hopes it will reset my status.

Any general breaking plateau advice will be appreciated as well.

Started extending - ejaculations feels less now

Started ADS 1 week ago, today my ejaculations feel about 20-25 % less. Specifically the last seconds when you feel it in your tip. My tip around the urethra also has a slightly darker color.

My journey starts now!

Hey everyone, Charles here.

I’ve finally decided to start my PE journey, and honestly I’m really excited about it. I’ve been reading for a while and now I want to take it seriously and stay consistent.

Before anything, I want to make it clear:
I’m doing this for myself to reach my own goals and become the best version of me.

I’m currently a medical student, so I don’t have a lot of free time. That’s actually one of the main reasons I decided to focus more on devices, trying to make this as efficient and sustainable as possible with my schedule.

Stats (current)

  • Age: 19
  • Height: 1.83 m (6’0”)
  • Weight: 80 kg (176 lbs)
  • Nationality: Mexican

Starting measurements

  • BPEL: 17 cm (6.7”)
  • MSEG: 11.5 cm (4.5”)
  • BPFL: 12+ cm (4.7”)
  • MSFG: 10.5+ cm (4.1”)

Goals

  • BPEL: 21+ cm (8.2”)
  • MSEG: 14 cm (5.5”)
  • BPFL: 15 cm (5.9”)
  • MSFG: 12 cm (4.7”)

Routine (starting plan)

  • Extender: 15 min x 4
  • ADS: 2 hours
  • Electric pump: 7 min x 5

I’m planning to start slow (1 day on, 1 day off), and after a month switch to almost daily depending on how my body reacts.

I’m still learning, so any advice, tips, or feedback is more than welcome! :D

Algún tip para no sentir una presión horrible en la punta del glande cuando extiendo con vacuum cup? Una vez empiezo a aplicar tensión en la extensión siento rápidamente mucha presión en la punta del glande. Se me hace inviable usar 3m tape porque se me arruga y dobla, probé a usar tattoo tape y noto esa presión. Algún tip por favor? Soy uncut.

Hit a nice milestone: 1" circumference gain

Hey everyone, I have been doing PE for about 2.5 years. I got inspired to do PE after my wife at the time bought a dildo that was somewhat larger than me.

I first heard about PE all the way back around 2011 when it was mostly about ThundersPlace and hanging was super popular, but a girlfriend at the time talked me out of it. But using the dildo on my wife, seeing her reactions really inspired me to want to try again.

I started with phallosan forte and a cheap 2.25" diameter pump. I experimented manuals, used a Gua sha scraping tool, heat, etc but eventually settled into a core routine that just involved pumping and edging for about 2 hours, 4 nights a week, and using the ADS at max tension (in the red) for about 8 hours a day, 4 days a week.

ADS did provide me with some fast newbie gains, but was annoying to use (sleeves kept snapping) so I decided to focus on girth since my penis was statistically on the thin side but decent length.

I pumped for about 6 months to achieve 0.5" circumference gain. This was really encouraging for me and made me think "holy shit it actually works". I kept remeasuring thinking I did something wrong but nope. My d was really growing!

After that, I sadly had a long period of time where I was plateaued. I did PE on and off for about a year and got very little gains, something like 0.1"c, probably no lasting gains. I had several months where I did little or no work because of divorce and other life shit.

But for about a year now I got my shit together, and have been really grinding PE. I do a lot of cardio, weight lifting and some martial arts to stay fit as well. Even though I was being really consistent and pumping 5x a week at very high pressure, I wasn't getting any lasting results, just massive edema.

Everything changed when I got into clamping. I got a clamp that you pump to inflate around the d. I pump to somewhere between 15-20inHg with this to create a very firm clamp, kegel to trap blood (I know you're not supposed to do this but.. eh) and then edge to stay hard, maybe 1-2 hours total with lots of breaks to massage and restore blood flow.

This quickly got me to about 5.2". Again, gains started to slow, but I started experimenting by twisting my dick, basically doing a bundled stretch/jelq while clamped. This got me to 5.3".

At this point I got a bit retarded, I think just because clamping is unpleasant and requires more effort/management than pumping, and I also had one injury from clamping (blood squirt from urethra). I started thinking "maybe it's just the intensity and not the mechanism". I went back to pumping for about 2 months, at very high pressures, but again saw no gains.

It was around this time I noticed I had "cone dick" that a lot of other girth-focused guys are sporting. After doing some research I realized my base was 6.2", a full inch more than MSEG. I further realized that the reason for this was because pumping creates a seal at the base of the dick and therefore most of the force was concentrated there.

Armed with knowlege from vets, I returned to clamping and this time put the clamp just under where i measure my MSEG and did that to fatigue, mixing just pure clamping with a kind of jelqing where I pull on the clamp (I know you're not supposed to do this either but eh.) I shit you not, I gained another .2"c within 3 months. Altogether, this has finally helped me achieve a full inch of circumference gained since starting PE, and very close to my initial goal of 5.7" .. although in my mind, if this keeps up I feel like I'm going to really push for 6".

I know you're probably thinking "where the fuck are the progress pics then bro". I did take a pic before starting PE, but sadly lost it during the divorce when wife locked me out of our shared iCloud. I could take an after pic if anyone is really that interested.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully show what a road to success can look like. I used to really enjoy pumping to 5.7"c prior to sex and now my unpumped girth is almost that level! That said, there have been some side effects. I have discoloration like most girth-focused guys and it's... pretty intense/noticeable. Also I do think my EQ is lower than before, or perhaps takes longer for my dick to fill up? I am not sure if this is permanent or just because I do heavy PE every week. But overall, I'm very happy with my results so far and intend to keep clamping, and once I hit 5.7" possibly transition to lengthwork depending on how things are going.

Base Birth versus Mid Shaft Gains

I haven't pumped in a while as I have started focusing on foreskin restoration, but when measuring after a while I realized my base had grown much more than midshaft.

Mid-shaft has gone from 5.75 to 5.875, but base has gone from ~5.9 to 6.25". And sulcus (right behind glans) is 5.5"

Is there a way to add a sleeve of some sort or pump in such a way to focus gains on the mid-shaft? I am just trying to balance out. Realistically, I'll finish foreskin restoration before I get back into pumping, and that alone might even me out.

I have a curve due to a shorter Corpus Cavernosum on one side of my penis. Can pumping/girth work potentially enhance my length by making it bigger and thicker?

Specifically on one side of my penis it's noticeably less spongey and soft, which is of course due to an underdeveloepd corpus cavernosum.

After searching this subreddit I found some users say that girth work can actually make the corpus bigger.

Perhaps this is necessary to get a bigger length for people like me?

I mean theoretically if it was bigger and could expand more on the shorter side, then my length would increase and my penis would straighten?

I don't have peyronies or a plaque, nor any pain during erection, no EQ issues.

Would pumping be suffice, or should i instead try more intense girth methods such as clamping

Immediately after extending interval pumping is it detrimental??

I extend 30 minutes under 5 lbs and immediately after pump 6 times 2min with 30 sec breaks in between is this recommended or am I making a mistake?

My beef with poor EQ posts

I'm getting kind of tired with this I have poor EQ posts.

Some men come here and say I have done PE for 1 week and one day I had poor EQ and measured and I loss an inch but now I'm back. Oh and I'm 32 and I lost EQ but it HAS TO BE PE because I have done nothing different. Didn't your DAD ever tell you every MAN loses EQ at 32-34?

My guidance for your own sanity.

  • Anytime you have poor EQ, don't judge yourself, give it a few weeks (YES, A FEW WEEKS).
  • When you measure, measure twice a week for a whole 4 weeks and take all those numbers , add them up and divide. Give us your rolling average. Not the "I woke up in the middle of the night after a marathon and I measured and it was 1/2 less and I felt so down"
  • Anytime you have poor EQ you must post your age, no exceptions.

Correcting upward curve and tight suspensory lig. with manuals?

Basically, the title. I've always had an upward curve, not too extreme and definitely not Peyronie's disease. Still, I want to get rid of it and, if possible, turn it into a downward curve or at least straighten it out.

Regarding the suspensory ligament, it's always been tighter than what I'd consider normal. Previously, it pointed almost straight up when standing, though it's maybe slightly less extreme now after some time and experiments I've been doing.

Also, just in case this helps at all: when erect, it's very easy to bend upward but almost impossible to bend downward, and when pulling straight down on the ligament (while erect), it becomes way harder to bend downward, almost as if the lig. being tight also has some effects on the curve.

Any help is appreciated. Please skip the comments about it being better to have an upward curve, this is purely for aesthetics, not because I'm looking for any benefit. Same thing goes for the comments telling me to just accept it or to learn to like my curve.

Want to try again

I want to restart my PE journey but want to see if anyone else successfully made a comeback from PF dysfunction. I did PE with (Restorex 2x daily for 20 mins and air pump 4 days a week and 5mg daily tadalafil) but i would edge right after and I already had a hypertonic pelvic floor, i was getting very good eq gains and was really exciting having some of the best Orgasms and was making some length gains. But the restorex would show the white line and its supposed to not be visible so i would jump to the next setting to make it have the proper tension but my pelvic floor would like twitch. Not painful but like a muscle twitch. After 4 months had to stop due to my pf being so tight it was like number and having weak urine stream orgasm with like no rhymic contractions which was very scary as this lasted several weeks.. I sought out the best pf pt in my area which helped me learn ALOT and improve symptoms by 50% but kept edging so even though it has improved from the breath work and stretches it never fully was able to resolve due to that habit. Its been nearly two years and i really want to get back into PE and am looking for ways to ease in. Anyone had pelvic floor issues bad (anal and perieal pain, weak urine stream, blocked ejactation feeling, pulled up testicles from pelvic floor dysfunction and recovered enough to do PE again and succeed? I picked restorex because it is medical grade, designed by a doc, clinically studied blah blah blah so i want to use that again and at least get my 1 inch of length gsins. The pump i love the feeling but i think its harder on the pelvic floor. I have one of those internal wands and plan to use that.

I also was recent diagnosed with OCD and have some body dysmorphia. Do i need to wait until all pf tightness symptoms have resolved? I still enjoy edging but i really want to make gains more at this point but now there is a fear of what if I injury myself, what if it never gets better etc. Any words of encouragement would be much appreciated.
