Hit a nice milestone: 1" circumference gain

Hey everyone, I have been doing PE for about 2.5 years. I got inspired to do PE after my wife at the time bought a dildo that was somewhat larger than me.

I first heard about PE all the way back around 2011 when it was mostly about ThundersPlace and hanging was super popular, but a girlfriend at the time talked me out of it. But using the dildo on my wife, seeing her reactions really inspired me to want to try again.

I started with phallosan forte and a cheap 2.25" diameter pump. I experimented manuals, used a Gua sha scraping tool, heat, etc but eventually settled into a core routine that just involved pumping and edging for about 2 hours, 4 nights a week, and using the ADS at max tension (in the red) for about 8 hours a day, 4 days a week.

ADS did provide me with some fast newbie gains, but was annoying to use (sleeves kept snapping) so I decided to focus on girth since my penis was statistically on the thin side but decent length.

I pumped for about 6 months to achieve 0.5" circumference gain. This was really encouraging for me and made me think "holy shit it actually works". I kept remeasuring thinking I did something wrong but nope. My d was really growing!

After that, I sadly had a long period of time where I was plateaued. I did PE on and off for about a year and got very little gains, something like 0.1"c, probably no lasting gains. I had several months where I did little or no work because of divorce and other life shit.

But for about a year now I got my shit together, and have been really grinding PE. I do a lot of cardio, weight lifting and some martial arts to stay fit as well. Even though I was being really consistent and pumping 5x a week at very high pressure, I wasn't getting any lasting results, just massive edema.

Everything changed when I got into clamping. I got a clamp that you pump to inflate around the d. I pump to somewhere between 15-20inHg with this to create a very firm clamp, kegel to trap blood (I know you're not supposed to do this but.. eh) and then edge to stay hard, maybe 1-2 hours total with lots of breaks to massage and restore blood flow.

This quickly got me to about 5.2". Again, gains started to slow, but I started experimenting by twisting my dick, basically doing a bundled stretch/jelq while clamped. This got me to 5.3".

At this point I got a bit retarded, I think just because clamping is unpleasant and requires more effort/management than pumping, and I also had one injury from clamping (blood squirt from urethra). I started thinking "maybe it's just the intensity and not the mechanism". I went back to pumping for about 2 months, at very high pressures, but again saw no gains.

It was around this time I noticed I had "cone dick" that a lot of other girth-focused guys are sporting. After doing some research I realized my base was 6.2", a full inch more than MSEG. I further realized that the reason for this was because pumping creates a seal at the base of the dick and therefore most of the force was concentrated there.

Armed with knowlege from vets, I returned to clamping and this time put the clamp just under where i measure my MSEG and did that to fatigue, mixing just pure clamping with a kind of jelqing where I pull on the clamp (I know you're not supposed to do this either but eh.) I shit you not, I gained another .2"c within 3 months. Altogether, this has finally helped me achieve a full inch of circumference gained since starting PE, and very close to my initial goal of 5.7" .. although in my mind, if this keeps up I feel like I'm going to really push for 6".

I know you're probably thinking "where the fuck are the progress pics then bro". I did take a pic before starting PE, but sadly lost it during the divorce when wife locked me out of our shared iCloud. I could take an after pic if anyone is really that interested.

Anyway, I just wanted to share my experience and hopefully show what a road to success can look like. I used to really enjoy pumping to 5.7"c prior to sex and now my unpumped girth is almost that level! That said, there have been some side effects. I have discoloration like most girth-focused guys and it's... pretty intense/noticeable. Also I do think my EQ is lower than before, or perhaps takes longer for my dick to fill up? I am not sure if this is permanent or just because I do heavy PE every week. But overall, I'm very happy with my results so far and intend to keep clamping, and once I hit 5.7" possibly transition to lengthwork depending on how things are going.
