My journey starts now!
Hey everyone, Charles here.
I’ve finally decided to start my PE journey, and honestly I’m really excited about it. I’ve been reading for a while and now I want to take it seriously and stay consistent.
Before anything, I want to make it clear:
I’m doing this for myself to reach my own goals and become the best version of me.
I’m currently a medical student, so I don’t have a lot of free time. That’s actually one of the main reasons I decided to focus more on devices, trying to make this as efficient and sustainable as possible with my schedule.
Stats (current)
- Age: 19
- Height: 1.83 m (6’0”)
- Weight: 80 kg (176 lbs)
- Nationality: Mexican
Starting measurements
- BPEL: 17 cm (6.7”)
- MSEG: 11.5 cm (4.5”)
- BPFL: 12+ cm (4.7”)
- MSFG: 10.5+ cm (4.1”)
Goals
- BPEL: 21+ cm (8.2”)
- MSEG: 14 cm (5.5”)
- BPFL: 15 cm (5.9”)
- MSFG: 12 cm (4.7”)
Routine (starting plan)
- Extender: 15 min x 4
- ADS: 2 hours
- Electric pump: 7 min x 5
I’m planning to start slow (1 day on, 1 day off), and after a month switch to almost daily depending on how my body reacts.
I’m still learning, so any advice, tips, or feedback is more than welcome! :D
