long story short, there's 2 reasons I wanna get in a cage.

I think its hot to let your wife control you like that. I wouldn't want anyone else to know or to be a cuck or anything.
I'm a gooner. To the point its almost like an addiction. My wife doesn't know, i'm a gooner. I think this will help me get out of that habit.

My wife is pretty vanilla, we do have an amazing sex life, when I don't fuck it up. Sometimes I can't preform (not finish) due to my gooning addiction.

also, can you wear it while working out? i'm a bit of a gym rat.

I assume like normal activities are ok? I work in a office so it shouldn't be to bad once I get used to it.

Any advice?
