Question for men who travel: how can I subtly show more respect, appreciation & submission for men in my day-to-day?

I work in hotels/hospitality and I really want to subtly integrate some sfw conditioning/behavioral methods to show the working white collar men extra care and appreciation during exchanges with them. I already have been trying to be more attentive and sweet-toned with them, but it's still a hard habit to start (for me at least, considering I despise men).

What are some tips or suggestions I can make use of that are extremely subtle? (I'm a 28 y/o ftm transmasc who works graveyard shift and am know in the workplace for being an outspoken queer feminist) This is a genuine and serious ask!
