I grew up super insecure about my body and didn't get over it until I was like 24 or 25. I think being naked around other people casually and knowing what actual average bodies look like was a game changer in terms of rewiring my insecure brain.

I think if I had grown up in a more nude-friendly culture, I wouldn't have had to go through all those years hating my body.
