Hiya, 19 from UK here. I see a lot of people are pretty anxious about how they look and lack self confidence. Well I'm the same! I've never really liked how I look. I feel I'm a bit too skinny and not that feminine. I have really bad skin and hate my acne. Hopefully I'll grown out of it someday.

As a mother of 3 I have battled with body image a lot of the years. I feel like a lot of women (not just moms) can relate. It becomes harder and harder, at least for me, to feel confident and comfortable in my body.

i’ve been recently diagnosed with lipedema, so it’s really discouraging to know that my legs will always look like this as it’s my biggest insecurity 😭 my boobs are also so wrinkly sunken in when i lie down now but at least the weight loss is going strong 💪

Pls don’t mind the terrible attempt to blur the background lol. Just been really insecure of my body lately especially my chest and cellulite stretch marks, hips etc

This is my first time posting nude here, but I feel like I have worked hard enough to get my body to where I am happy now and feel like sharing it today. I didn’t have confidence until now to show myself on the internet but I decided I finally wanted to change that.

Ex-gymnast and late bloomer. Looked like 12 when I was 17. Glad I got my female curves later.

Finding it hard to get my weight below 60 kgs. Also, turns out- your boobs deflate when you lose weight! starting to have intrusive thoughts about breast enhancement even though I know it is probably not a good idea. For now, I will work with good angles and whatever meat is left in my boobies. Miss my giant pregnancy boobs but don't miss the overall weight gain. sigh

I'd very much appreciate constructive feedback and your honest opinions. I'm a year plus out from my most recent pregnancy and been trying my best to stay motivated to go to the gym.

Back in my home country from what seems to have been a very long and stressful time in the Middle East. Being actively in a warzone is NOT for me, but will have to return sometime for work… ugh. Anyway, been enjoying being back at hubby and all the spoils. It’s not been great for my weightloss journey, but will get there again… 🌸

i hope everyone is doing well! i recently joined a local run club which has made me feel better both physically and mentally, especially when it comes to my body i’m feeling confident enough this week to post myself as you can clearly tell idk how to pose with my hands lmaooo :)

Switched up my workout a bit to start 2026, happy with the results so far.

I can’t stop thinking about my breasts; to me, they seem to be sagging. I think it’s just a sign of ageing, or perhaps it’s natural and that’s just how it’s meant to be. I’m taking a photo so I can have a look at them and discuss it

trying to lose some weight. 6kg lost so far. I know i have a lot to lose, but i dont know how far i should take it. part of me thinks 70kg would be good, another part 60, another part thinks I should try to get skinny just to see what id look like and aim for 55kg. im scared of losing all my breasts, both of my sisters who are at a healthy weight have small ones. I'm meeting up with a guy soon and im embarassed of how fat I am.

Here is all natural me. Self conscious about my body until shedding my fears two years ago on vacation. My life opened up to new experiences, feeling younger than I did 20 years ago, and going younger every few months with less shame than ever.
