getting a UA soon for work, use THC regularly and planning on bringing a clean sample to use instead
so in a few days I'll be going to get a UA for a new job. as far as I know, it won't be observed. I smoke weed regularly and I won't have enough time to take a T break. I'm gonna get a clean sample from my friend who doesn't do any substances. and I work in Healthcare btw so I'm very familiar with sterility and testing and all that stuff. I've devised a procedure that I think will work, I'm hella overthinking it tho so some guidance would be very much appreciated!
I'm gonna use a bottle of 5 hr energy, empty it and boil it to "sterilize" it. I'll put my friend's sample in the container. a few hours before the test, I'm gonna...and I rlly hate that I have to do this...use my feminine parts to hold it like a tampon (in hopes to bring it to body temp). then just go in the bathroom and quietly put it in the sample cup.
so yeah that's my plan, I'm open to any feedback, or better yet if you've had experience with using another person's clean sample, how did you do it? thanks!
