Tips to help comedown after high dose of vyvanse. Things that really work

I’ve been abusing vyvanse hard for about a year. Going up to 450 daily sometimes. I had a good tolerance but the past 3ish months I haven’t been abusing them as bad at all. How bad would it be to do 200 mg after a month without doing it? And how do I not tweak out this time
