Girls, what would you do in my situation?

I had a conflict at the club, and now I’m not sure what to do - they put me on inactive. When I was working, the manager wasn’t there because it was his day off. They unblocked me for one night, but then told me I need to talk to him. Now I’ve left the city, and I don’t know what to do. Should I call him on his work phone, or just come back and wait for a face-to-face meeting?

What would you feel about this situation? Shit

For example, if a man came to your coworker, and she invited me just to have a drink with them, but then they were saying goodbye for a long time - I understood that he had the plan with her. And in fact, he said goodbye to me, and she left - it was obvious she was going with him free hours. Would you say something to her so that everyone understands?

Bad mood

Hi everyone, I’m feeling really drained and unmotivated. I’ve been going to work every day this week, but it’s been very slow and I’m barely making any money, which is stressing me out a lot.

Now I feel exhausted and don’t even have the energy to go in, but I still feel like I have to try.

How do you cope with burnout and low motivation in situations like this? Any recommendations for podcasts, meditations, or anything that helps you reset mentally?

Girls, I don’t know what happened today.

There were so many girls - I counted around 40 - and only three clients, yet the club kept hiring more dancers. I’ve been working there for a long time, since before the pandemic, then I came back, and today for the first time someone complained about me, saying I was being very aggressive, even though all the girls were acting the same.

They said I was moving furniture all over the club, when in reality I just moved a chair for myself. And what hurt the most is that the house mom, who has known me for a long time, took their side and went off on me like she didn’t even know me.

I just feel confused - like maybe I should talk to the general manager?
