Guys I can’t stay awake using stims , and yes I am adhd and asd diagnosed.

Recently bought a gram of eu speed to help study with exams and it does help me a lot more than methylphenidate that I am prescribed, as adderall is not licensed to use here in my country.

Anyways it’s good for my school work etc and cleaning, stacking it with my concerta sometimes, but anytime I use it, I can fall asleep less than 30 mins after railing a fat line. I’m just super confused, is it honestly just my adhd ? And that I’m used to taking prescribed stims daily for like half of my life ?
