Hello everyone, I've just completed shooting my first short film (it's a 6-minute murder mystery) and right now we're at the post-production stage. The thing is right now I realize all the shots look rather slow and boring (and sort of flat but that's because of our resources and inexperience). Me and my editor are trying to fix it in editing but it's not working out really well, so how do I make the film as fast-paced as I'd imagined it to be? How does the edit seem perfect? Everything is static right now and I want it to have a proper rhythm if that makes sense. Thank you.
