I forgot I took my ADHD meds yesterday and drank all day at the pool then continued deep into the night i’m feeling so awful right now i can hardly move does anyone have any backs that could help me, or at least get me to a point i can maybe get some food for myself. Let me know please ive never been hungover like this. I’m thinking about hair of the dog but the thought of sipping a beer makes me wanna vomit.
