He will lurk for months, read everything, convince themself its not for them, then go back to lurking. i seen it so many times from my side that it almost become predictable. the ones who actually make a move are a completely different type of person and honestly its always obvious from the start which one someone is going to be. some people just need someone to already know what they are before they admit it to themself. just take action its not that hard...

they will spend more time and energy trying to convince a girl they deserve her attention for free then it would actually cost them to just be honest about what they want. the mental gymnastics involved is actually impressive. like the effort is already there, its just pointed in the completely wrong direction. the ones who already know what they are and just own it are honestly so much easier to deal with and way more fun. you know who you are.

if it was about money they would just donate to charity and get the same feeling. they dont. its specifically about who receives it and whether she cares that they did. that detail changes everything.
