I slept a solid 8 hours last night, ate a nice healthy breakfast, drank plenty of water, and I took 15mg IR. I feel more tired this time instead of getting that nice boost that I usually get. Fuck man
I think taking ZYNs with my Adderall has been killing the effects for me. I’ve been feeling very dizzy and foggy lately. I didn’t really think nicotine was the culprit because I have tolerance and most people here say nicotine enhances their stim high. It does sometimes for me but more often than not, I start feeling dizzy af everytime I put a pouch in. I used to use ZYN 6mg but now I went down to 3mg but even then I’m still having this problem. Maybe cigs/vapes hit different on stims? I never smoked cigs and I don’t vape anymore. I cut down on my caffeine thinking that was the issue (and I was told by many others that caffeine causes bad anxiety on stims), but I think the Nic is what’s making things worse for me.
I redosed 15mg Adderall IR this afternoon and deliberately didn’t have any Nic and I feel AMAZING right now. I’m not even craving Nic right now because I feel that good. Guess it’s a sign to quit Nic for good lol. I’d rather anyway. Amps are awesome.
