I know this may sound juvenile and naive but I'm looking at the people who have surpassed me that I tried to collaborate with. They snaked me in the most vile way. I'm talking made a move on my man...and excluded me from group chats and pushed me out of the business meetings. These are two different people mind you. But it has made me realize...is that the key to success? Snaking people but kissing a** to the right people?

Is integrity just a fluke?

I've literally seen people cancelled for having no integrity and being snakey but I guess it just depends on who you kiss a** and snake. What are your thoughts and experiences?
