4 weeks since last extension.
Just a little scar tissue left. Excited to extend again in a few more weeks. The more I contemplate my results, I’m starting to think I might go full sub all the way down.

How are you guys treating the cut after a clamp? I've entered sub territory just about now with me cutting yesterday through roughly 0.8cm below the glans, it was extremely painful but I'm very resilient. Do you use numbing cream? And how do you stop the initial bleeding after the clamp cause Ive never had a cut without much blood loss, I tried to heat up my scalpel and other metal things to makeshift cauterize the clamping site but the second I've let go of the clamp my tissue filled with fluid and blood and the cauterizing didn't do much near anything, no it has stopped bleeding but I need to treat it so it heals without infection. And for context I clamped 1-1½ hours with a piercing clamp the cutting was very weird, tearing mostly ripping through the skin
