Not sure if this is an appropriate post for this forum. If not, mods please remove. But I just watched it for like the fifth time, and it just shows such a perfect example of classical masculinity.

It came in 1942 and requires some historical understanding, that i didn't originally have, in order to fully glean the meaning it had for audiences which made it the ultimate classic.

But Humphrey Boghart and Paul Henreid do such a good job of portraying what make men masculine and attractive. They are strong characters with unbending wills. They have noble characters. Humphrey Boghart is more jaded, rough around the edges, but clearly has a soft heart inside that comes out whe it counts. Paul Henreid is noble through and through. They are in love with the same woman that they treat well, who is noble in her own right. And they do what they believe is right fearlessly.

They are not confused about what manhood demands. I love it. Just thought I would share it.

ETA: I posted this because so many women today don't know what a real man is.

I am getting married in a few months! Yay! To my fiancé, aka my Dom. We have together for about 3 years now, I (24), he (27) have been in a CDD (Christian Domestic Discipline) relationship since the beginning of our courtship. I’ve always wanted someone to be able to take control of the relationship, and eventually be HOH. We have been talking through everything that will change, as we become Husband and Wife. I have always wanted to be a stay at home wife and one day to be a stay at home mom. And Sir agrees as he works 40+ hour weeks. I’m very excited for this next chapter of our lives. But I’m writing this post to ask any HOH/Doms/Husbands that have stay at home wives/subs. What are you requirements, and chores that you ask/require for your partner to have done and completed, before you get home and also when you are home. Sir asked me to make a good list of chores and responsibilities that I will do, and also appropriate consequences and punishments that fit the crime. Once I have a good list, I’ll have him look over it and see what he thinks. Thanks for any suggestions and advice.

Kinda gonna vent a bit with this but I got spanked once I could have had more but behaved after it. I got in trouble got my butt busted cried it out then never got in trouble again. I heard warnings got a few swats here and there but I think it really affected me. I deserved what I got for sure but I think it left me curious. Confused about what I got. I later ended up self spanking and becoming obsessed with my bottom and the sting. And overall I think It just developed my intense interest in discipline

Any thoughts on domestic discipline improving females mental health??
