High and tight circumcision in Sri Lanka

Does anyone know a good surgeon in Sri Lanka who can do a high and tight circumcision? I've been to a couple of urologists here and they haven't even heard of the term "high and tight", they seem to follow guidelines of BAUS and what he described to me was a low and loose style.

Recirc to very tight - how to find out how much can be removed?

Hello to everyone who has had a revision. I’m thinking about tightening it again to a low and tight style, so that nothing moves during an erection.

Now my question: did you measure beforehand how much could/should be removed, or try it out with tape to see how tight it could get, or mark it somehow? And if so, how did you explain that to the doctor, surgeon, or whoever did it?

I’ve now both measured and then used tape based on those measurements to tighten and fix the shaft skin, and also marked it while flaccid and then checked how it looks when erect.

I think using tape is the best way to get an idea of how tight it can be and how much can still be removed.

I’m coming out at about 2.5–3 cm that could still be removed.

Feel free to share your experiences with a very tight cut, whether it felt like something “new” after the operation, and also whether you noticed right during the surgery or immediately afterward that it was tight…
