2 quick questions... what day and time is best to avoid "creeps" and get a decent parking and beach spot?... Does anyone know if there's a similar beach on the west coast of FL somewhere?

I ask because I have 2 female friends that would like to go( seperate times) and I dont want it to be a bad first time.
