






I’m actively eating a minimum of 5k calories a day for a month and it has been so indulgent and exciting so far, I really love it!



I’ve been on a serious bagel kick lately — warm, soft, and impossible to stop at just one. It started as a simple breakfast thing, but now it’s turned into a full routine: toasted bagels loaded with cream cheese, butter melting into every bite, sometimes even stacking two or three in one sitting. There’s something so satisfying about how filling they are, how each one just sits with you a little longer, leaving you feeling heavier and completely content. Over time, I’ve definitely noticed the changes — my appetite’s grown, my portions are bigger, and my body’s getting softer, rounder. It’s like every bagel adds just a little more, and honestly… I don’t mind it at all.
