This is all new to me so excuse me if I’m not detailed but I’ll try to be. I (m24) have been with my girlfriend (f25) for around 7-8 years now. So, i have had some good advice, however my gf doesnt handle inulin powder too well, it causes some stomach aches. She isnt a fan of any form of beans either. Does anyone have any recipes they go to, to get quite gassy? Ive tried some but they dont seem to work too well.
