Do they even exist? Are they an urban myth?

Where are all the submissive guys that legitimately get turned on by devoting their lives to a powerful woman?

Like their whole existence is just pathetically waiting for their mistress to acknowledge them, being overjoyed at their presence and knowing they'd happily submit to them.
