I (21M) accidentally sent IT to my teammate’s girlfriend and now my life is ruined
So I (21M) am a soccer player and played for a really good team from the age of 16.
I’m always told that I’m a pretty handsome guy, but I never wanted a girlfriend before. I know many of my teammates’ girlfriends because they spend a lot of time with us when we go to parties. Last year, I met a girl and started dating her. She has the same name as one of my teammate’s girlfriends, and we always joked about it because they also look very similar.
In February, we went to a training camp with the team for 3 weeks. One evening I was in the mood, so I thought I’d snd a spicy pic to my girlfriend just for fun. I went to the bathroom, took what I thought was a pretty good pic, and wanted to send it to her. But I mistyped and accidentally sent it to the other girl with the same name.
I froze. Before I could delete it, she opened the message and texted back that I am half the size of her boyfriend (who is my teammate). Then she started sph-ing me badly. I wanted to die. The next day, the whole team knew. I couldn’t take it, so after a few weeks of struggling, I left the team.
Feels like my whole life is gone. Honestly, I just feel empty and humiliated. Like I’ll never escape this shame.
