Amazing customer service at TMK
So, I placed my weekly order this morning. The system that they use for cc or dc payments goes through a 3rd party system. After I placed my order, I received the standard email from the 3rd party to pay. Well, my payment wouldn't go through. Shit happens, i thought, so I emailed them about the issue, hoping they had a solution.
The owner of TMK emailed me back personally and said that the 3rd party system that they are using to accept cc/dc payments informed them last night that they would be down for about a week. He gave me a few other options of payment ( Venmo/Zelle) but also included a note that said he would accept a promise that I will pay once the system come back up and still ship my order out today.
TMK customer service goes ABOVE AND BEYOND anything like I've ever experienced before. The owner is shipping out my order today without payment, just on the promise that I'll pay him when the system comes back up..
I am a regular buyer from them. So that has a lot to do with why he would take this risk on me, but still customer service 100%.
Ive seen a few other people comment on how he will upgrade their delivery, so they will receive it quicker that expected (especially when itll come before the weekend as opposed to on Monday) and he has done that several times with me also.
TMK tabs are the cleanest tabs Ive ever had. The quality it always exactly what you pay for, whether it be the higher or lower mg.
