Been in it for only a few months now and it's creeped up to 140-160mg split between multiple doses a day.

Last 10mg was yesterday but couldn't sleep. Restless legs, cold/hot sweats. Magnesium didn't help much and their did lthiane.

I got benzos as well but spacing those out as far as I can in small doses. Also had the benzos for years.

Wanted 7oh to get me off my benzos but seeing it's not the right path. So now to get off the 7oh. 1 day down cold turkey but no fun or energy to do anything.
