I am comfortable sharing image of someone has experience with ANR. I am trying to induce lactation and have been 1 month trying. so initially I tried sucking them myself and then asked my bf for help. i don't understand what's going wrong but my nipples have turned extremely sore and painful. he is sucking them for 30 mins thrice a day and I do it myself for 5-10 minutes 2-3 times. but my nipples have turned extremely soared up, sensitive and even touching them hurts. please help. i mean where is it going wrong and how can I make it less painful.

Also should I pause for sometime. No matter how difficult it has been we've still been working hard on them and I don't want my month's hardwork to go in vain.
