M/30/5’9” – skipped legs → built legs (49kg → 90kg) 5 Years Natural Transformation
before i Used to skip leg day — had a good upper body but zero legs.
Got called names for it… and honestly, they weren’t wrong.
After that i Started training legs 3x/week with progressive overload.
Now it’s the strongest part of my physique.
Be honest — does lower body change the whole look or not?
