1 month 24/7 (0.5mm). What's next?
Hey guys, just wanted to share a quick update. I’ve officially completed my first month of 24/7 wear (only taking breaks for hygiene) using a 0.5mm micro cage. Honestly, I’m loving the discipline and the feeling of it.
I’m looking to take the next step and transition into a negative cage. Does anyone have any specific model recommendations or brands I should check out for that recessed fit? Also, what do you think of my progress so far, starting out with such a small size?
