Is it just me or is every account now showing posts as hidden?

I've seen so many guys promote their feet and their pages only to have their pages say "This person likes to keep their posts hidden." I was wondering if it was a setting on my end but I cant seem to find anything about it.

Follow up question. Does my account say posts hidden? If so i'd like to change that. :)
