PLOT:

My adventurer comes across a bounty board and accepts a random one, could be monster hunting, a dungeon, or maybe just a plain old dungeon. Or maybe just a task to help a farmer with his horses.

Will she be able to survive the encounter, or will she ultimately become what she fears most. It's all up to how you decide to approach this. You can be a group of kobolds, goblins, tentacles, mimics, animals, beasts, mutated animals, insects, a bunch of slimes, or bandits. Endless possibilities!

You can also include ancient artifacts, status effects, etc. (Highly recommended for fun!)
