They go from planet to planet conquering them, and since they are so powerful, just a few of them suffice.

Now what if, instead of just being strong, they also have the ability to grow. But the size you grow to is restricted by your strength. So there's clear hierarchy in the viltrum society. Nolan is strong, but not the strongest, so he grows to 100ft. Still pretty big and incomprehensibly strong for all the earth heroes. Invincible grows to something like 50ft and since Atom Eve can restructure her body, lets say she also grows to 50ft. Somehow they manage to send Nolan away, maybe similar to what was done in the series.

Then comes Anissa, an agent of the Viltrum Empire. She is 200ft tall, Mark (Invincible) and Eve are no match for her. As she flattens entire cities with just her shockwave of landing. Mark and Eve look up in despair, as they see this massive Viltrumite, twice the size of Nolan. She crouches down and with no effort picks up Mark. She tries to persuade him to join the empire. He resists and she proceeds to torture him and Eve. But similar to the show, she doesn't kill them because that's not her orders.

A couple months after Anissa leaves, Mark and Eve are training non stop. They can now grow to 200ft. They think they can take on anyone now. But then comes Conquest, the oldest Viltrumite. Mark and Eve are shocked and dumbfounded at this behemoth. He is easily over a mile tall. Mark and Eve look like ants to him. He asks if the planet is prepared for his arrival. Mark and Eve foolishly remain defiant. Conquest with no struggle just picks them up and puts both of them in his underwear squished up to his ass.
