I’ve been on Benzos for many years, physically dependant on diazepam for like the last 6, also take Xanax if I’m going into a situation that I think can make anxious along with my pregabalin prescription. I’m also on methadone but still take Oxy 80s daily. I can take up to 3 Oxy’s, with a couple of bars & vals and I’ll be completely fine. If I take a single temazepam with ONE Oxy & it’s pure bliss, got me nodding and all sorts. I just don’t get how this happens if 20mg temazepam is equal to 10mg diazepam. I know they say it’s for sleep but it doesn’t feel like a Zoplicone feeling.

Bro after being on benzo’s since the “xanax” era in 2016. I kept dabbling with them until 2021, that’s when I got hooked on 10mg diazepam a day, I managed to cold turkey winter 2024, it was hell & I was anxious af.. then I went and found an old blister which had a couple pills in it. Ended up taking them, life started feeling like life again and that’s how I relapsed. Since then I been back on the daily Valium plus also take some Xans if I think I’m going to be in a setting which will raise my anxiety. I managed to score some legit 20mg temazepam the other day, felt like heaven.. complete bliss. But my question was I only been taken them a couple days 80mg both days, today I feel so spaced out not in a good way but as in like I need them for it to go away. Surely I can just go back to taking my regular 10mg diazepam a day without feeling any type of wd lol?
