You were a brilliant genetic scientist researching ways to incorporate canine DNA with humans in order to boost our sense of smell and hearing. unfortunately, your drug hasn't been approved for clinical trials yet, this means that you would have to test the drug on yourself to prove that it's safe for human consumption. Setting up a camera to record your test, you down the potion. Everything seems fine at first, then you get the urge to bark, you start wiggling your butt excitedly, your hair grows longer as your ears become furry and floppy, your face feminizes, you grow a pair of boobs, you turn around and shake your butt at the camera as it grows into a woman's ass, a tail popping out above it and wagging happily. Your mind also shifts as the brilliant scientist is pushed to the back of your mind as an energetic and bubbly dog girl takes over.
The change is not permament and you revert back into your male form after falling asleep, but seem to transform into your dog girl form at random. I, as your assistant, witness you transform into your dog girl form on one occassion and develop a crush on her, she feels the same way as well. She manages to figure out how to retract her ears and tail so she can pose as another assistant to the Scientist while we both look for a way to keep her permanently female, and a dog girl. I've lied to the scientist to tell him that I'm working on a cure.
