What soluble can be left in a bottle with mgm15 without it degrading? Wanting to make droppers

I was wondering, if this is even true. I can't just take 15mg of powder under my tongue?

If it has to be mixed with some form of acid, could I make a Tincture with 1g of freebase powder with lemon juice, malic OR olive oil (apparently mgm15 freebase mixes with oil and olive oil has some form of acid in it)

Or, making a mgm15 tincture with part alcohol and something?

Or can I honestly just take free base as it is? Cause I'm curious of for freebase, I'm not absorbing all of it when taken, since there's a salt form I can't find.

Tldr: is taking mgm 15 freebase weaker than taking mgm 15 salt form powder?

Any duration reduced from taking freebase or salt?

I read aside from acidic stuff or alcohol , it's also soluble, in oil for some reason.

I wanna know if anyone maybe, had freebase dissolved in olive oil since olive oil has a form of acid within it too
