hey! i’m looking for a long term slice of life rp partner :)

i’ve been wanting to do something set in a modern world, more grounded and character focused, but still with a good mix of romance, drama, and smut

the idea i have is centered around my character, who lives a pretty quiet life on his own, could be a small apartment, a house, or even something a bit more unique like working or living near a café, bookstore, or something chill like that. personality wise he’s pretty laid back, a bit teasing and flirty, not in an overwhelming way but enough to get under your character’s skin a little. he’s the type to joke around, push buttons playfully, but once he starts to care he’s actually really attentive and protective in a soft way.

your character can come into his life however you want, maybe you just moved in next door, maybe you’re a coworker, a regular at a place he works at, someone going through a rough time, or just someone who randomly ends up crossing paths with him. i’m totally open to ideas here.

i’d love for the relationship to build naturally, starting off with banter, teasing, maybe a bit of tension or clashing personalities, and then slowly getting more comfortable around each other. things like late night talks, small gestures, accidental closeness, and emotional moments as they start to trust each other more.

i want this to be long term and open, where we can explore different parts of their lives, friend groups, work, personal struggles, maybe some drama along the way to keep things interesting. i’m definitely a fan of slowburn, but i also like when things feel real and not forced.

you’re free to make your character however you want, personality, appearance, backstory, etc. i’m mainly looking for a female or femboy character.

i can write in first or third person

my replies are usually a few paragraphs, not one liners but not novella either

i won’t be active 24/7, i have a life outside of rp and i’d like someone who understands that

I want to build a story set in the Avatar world that we can really grow over time. The idea is a mix of romance, drama, action, and overall story progression. I’m totally fine with things getting more mature as long as it fits naturally into the story and both of us are comfortable.

I’ll be playing a male waterbender (ice focused), but I haven’t decided his name, personality, or backstory yet since I’d like to build that alongside you. You can create your own OC however you want . any bending type, background, personality, etc.

Plot wise, I’d love something long term where our characters start off as strangers (or even at odds) and slowly build a relationship while dealing with bigger world events. Maybe something like:

- spirits acting strange

- bending becoming unstable

- or some kind of larger threat we uncover together

I’m mainly looking for:

- Someone interested in a longterm story (not something that dies after a week)

- Someone who enjoys character development and slow burn romance

- Someone who’s okay with expanding the story a lot (maybe even marriage, kids, future arcs, etc. if we get that far)

One small preference: I’d feel more comfortable if my RP partner is single IRL, just to avoid anything feeling awkward or causing unnecessary drama.
