Friendly reminder to eat MORE FIBER AND STAY HYDRATED!
This is for the uninitiated. I've seen quite a few posts across several subs lately about troubles using the bathroom. Idk if y'all like granola or not, but Bear Naked and maple and brown sugar oatmeal got me shitting like a normal human being again! I do a bowl of granola before I leave the house for work. At the gas station before work, I make a cup of oatmeal and "drink" that down. I'll also have one or the other before bed. Works like a charm! It's almost foreign to me, the idea of shitting once a day. I just wanted to pass this along to others looking for some sort of relief.
