I recently became intrigued by ball stretching. I decided to pick up this $5 stretcher off Amazon on a whim. Wow! It's really nice feeling. So far no discomfort. I feel like I could wear it for a while without discomfort.

I immediately understand why people go for metal weights. I can imagine how much better that feels with the additional tug. I've done some research on Chain Gang on sizing-- does anyone have any additional suggestions? I want to try and get a good size first try.
