I am 40 years old (no kids) and am restarting my life. I am divorced, and at the beginning of the year, I finally was able to secure my own place. It took a lot of hard work and effort to get to this point and I am now ready to start enjoying myself a little. Just to avoid any confusion, I have been effectively single for the last 3 years so I'm not looking for a rebound.

When it comes to what I am looking for, I am pretty open, however, I am not looking to jump into another super serious relationship or marriage. In the short term, I would love to have regular sex again and that's honestly what I am looking for with this post. Things typically develop from there and with that I like to keep things casual and let things flow naturally.
