How do I make my shrimp taste more like restaurant-style garlic butter shrimp?

I’ve been trying to make garlic butter shrimp at home, but it never tastes as rich or flavorful as the ones from restaurants. Mine usually ends up a bit bland or watery, even though I follow basic recipes.

Here’s what I usually do: I sauté garlic in butter, add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and sometimes add lemon juice. The shrimp cooks fine, but the flavor just doesn’t hit the same.

What am I doing wrong? Should I be using more butter, different seasoning, or a specific cooking technique like timing or heat level? Also, how do restaurants get that deeper, richer flavor?

Any tips or tricks would really help. Thanks!
