After focusing on habits instead of random tips… Start seeing a slight difference

I used to just try whatever people said here, like drinking plenty of water or eating certain kinds of food, without being consistent at anything at all.

Two weeks ago, I stumbled upon bigger-loads .com while browsing around, which basically involved following some easy routines and wasn’t about trying out any magic tricks.

I didn’t exactly adhere to the regimen, I just chose some things from there and followed them every day.

So far, I’ve noticed a little change, nothing extraordinary, but I have definitely noticed some difference as opposed to before.

Perhaps it’s too early to say anything conclusive, but it seems like it’s more about being consistent than trying different tricks.

Has anyone tried following a regime here on this forum rather than experimenting all the time?

Finally found a reliable IPTV for UK & Europe (No buffering during match days)

I’ve spent the last few months testing different providers, mainly trying to find one that doesn't fall apart the moment a big Premier League or Champions League match starts. Most services look great on a Tuesday morning but turn into a slideshow by Sunday afternoon.

I've been using Primestreamiptv.com for a few weeks now, and it’s been a game-changer for my setup in the UK.

Why it’s actually working:

• H.265 (HEVC) Streams: This is the big one. Because they use better compression, the 4K and FHD channels load almost instantly even if your home internet isn't NASA-level fast.

• UK & EU Optimized: The latency on UK Sky and BT (TNT) channels is impressively low. I compared it to a friend's official stream and the delay was barely noticeable.

• Anti-Freeze Tech: Whatever they are doing with their servers, it works. I haven't had to "restart the app" once during peak hours, which used to be my biggest headache.

Setup:

I’m running it on a Firestick 4K Max and an Android box. Setup was standard (no weird workarounds needed). VOD section is actually updated frequently too, which is a nice bonus.

It’s not "free," but for the stability you get, especially across Europe (tested German and French streams too), it’s easily the best I’ve used in 2026.

If you’re tired of the constant freezing, check out Primestreamiptv.com. Definitely worth the trial. You won't be disappointed.
