




🔥 “Was It the Service… or the View?” 🔥
Weekend deliveries hit a little different 😌
I was out doing my usual Uber Eats runs, making sure every order stayed hot and handled with care. I had this one delivery for a family—already a solid tip in the app, so I was feeling good about it.
Picked up the food, kept it nice and warm in my insulated bag, and headed over. When I got there, I let them know I was at the door. The dad answered… and right away, big smile 😄
I handed over the order and told him, “Food should still be nice and warm for you.” He appreciated that, said thank you, and I headed back to my car…
But here’s the thing 😏
I could feel it… he was still watching.
Sure enough, I glanced back—and yep, we made eye contact as he was closing the door. I smiled and told him to enjoy the meal and have a great evening.
Finished my shift later, checked the app… and boom 💥
An extra $10 tip added on top of what was already generous.
Now I’m sitting there like 🤔
Was it the top-tier service?
Or… the leggings, the smile, and that little moment at the door?
