VERIFICATION NOW REQUIRED to post
After being inundated with bots and hundreds of complaints from the 20k+ weekly visitors, I've decided to make this sub VERIFIED ONLY for posting.
When the feedback is overwhelmingly demanding verification and the removal of bots, this is the best way to continue to make sure we're seeing only those local to St. Louis, not robots, and genuine in their posting.
Advertising your socials is still very much allowed. However, if you're posting about meeting up/fucking fans, but I KNOW you don't actually do that, I will remove that post. We want every post in this sub to be GENUINE.
Here are the steps to become verified and gain the ability to post:
Submit a photo of you holding up a piece of paper with the date, time, your username, and r/gwstlouis on it.
The photo cannot be edited or altered in any way, no filters.
You don't have to have your face in it, but it should be clear that the person(s) holding up the sign are the same as in your posts.
You can create a private gallery on redgifs or any image hosting site and send the link directly here so it's not public.
Or you can post your verification straight to the subreddit.
