Malaysian Government should spend some effort to streamline apps
I might be the only one here . But there's an ungodly amount of apps for basic things in Malaysia
like JPJ you need a special app just to take a queue number .
Special app for number plate bidding etc .
This could all be build in a well designed singular app. With various functions like queue number or number plate bidding be integrated. I've seen this done overseas like in Australia quite easily.
It has become a norm and people just accepted it that incompetency is now given to the consumer.
Without realising it. You're now doing everything yourself. You're an unpaid employee. The service is just the same and hasn't improved.
so what gives?
